The University of Calabar-UNICAl has published the results of the 2011/2012 post utme. Applicants who sat for the unical 2011/2012 post utme can now to see their results online via www.unicalutme.org using their jamb registration numbers and e-transact pin.
Procedures:
1. VisitUNICAL Microfinance Bank, WEMA Bank Plc, Spring Bank Plc, Sterling Bank Plc and First Bank Plc
(First Bank Ikom, Portharcourt, Uyo, Owerri, Aba, Umuahia, Asaba and Benin Only)
2. Buy a RESULT CHECKING scratch card.
3. Log on to Unicalonline.edu.ng and click on Post UTME result. Or you can click here:
Log in with your Scratch card pin and Jamb Registration Number to check your result.
Th unical 2011/2012 cut-off marks will be released very soon.

Kwara State University (KWASU) 2011-2012 post UTME screening exercis
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the Kwara State University (KWASU) 2011-2012 post UTME screening exercise for candidates seeking admission through UTME (100 Level) and Direct Entry (200 Level). This screening exercise is a mandatory requirement for entry into KWASU.The admission screening exercise will take place at the Kwara State University, Malete, on Monday 18th July, 2011 beginning at 9:00am
Five O’Level credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Agricultural Science and any one of Geography, Economics, Food & Nutrition and Physics.
Five O’ Level credits in English Language, Teaching subject (Major and Minor) and Mathematics where necessary.
Five O’ Level credits in English Language, Mathematics (Physics & Chemistry for Computer Science) and any other two Arts/Sciences or three Social Science subjects.
Humanities: Five O’ Level credits in English Language, and two other relevant humanities and/or Social Science subjects. Holders of Thanawiyyar or Taojihi may be considered on special grant for admission into Arabic and Islamic Studies for a four year programme.
Management and Social Sciences: Five O’ Level credit in English Language, Mathematics and any two of Economics, Geography, Government, Account and Business Studies.
Five O’ Level credits in English Language, Mathematics and any three of the following: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Further Mathematics and Agric. Science.
Candidates are advised to carefully study the requirements for courses they intend to apply for and note that only one course of study is allowed. Those awaiting G.C.E, S.S.C.E/NECO examination results can also apply.

- Candidates who have made Kwara State University their first or second choice and obtained 200 marks and above in the 2011 UTME
- Candidates who scored 200 marks and above who did not choose KWASU as first or second choice but are interested in KWASU can also apply
- Direct entry candidates who wish to be considered for admission into KWASU for 2011-2012 are also eligible to apply
- Such candidates who did not choose KWASU should herein effect change of Institution through JAMB.

SCREENING FEES
Candidates are required to pay a sum of N1, 000.00 for the screening exercise, while admin charges are N500.00. The screening fees of N1, 500.00 should therefore be paid into any of the following bank Account Numbers: Skye Bank – 1771064595, Fin Bank: 3000351568 and Zenith Bank: 1012444536. The teller obtained from the bank should be brought to the venue of the screening exercise.REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Candidates should come to the venue of the Screening Exercise with the originals and photocopies (4 copies each) of the following documents:-SSCE/NECO/NABTEB, O/L Results. A/L Results (NCE, IJMB,OND/HND)
